Clinical Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Manager to join our team in the stunning Tasman region.

Located in the heart of the spectacular Abel Tasman region, our facility offers a unique and rewarding lifestyle for our residents and staff. As a Clinical Manager at our facility, you will have the opportunity to work in a picturesque location while providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the clinical team to ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents
- Oversee and monitor the implementation of care plans and ensure they are up to date
- Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to residents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the team, including mentoring and staff development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse with current NZ Nursing Council registration
- Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans
- Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Current police check and influenza vaccination

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will also have experience working in a rural or remote location

Registered Nurse

The Jack Inglis facility is a community owned, not for profit Aged Care Home situated in the stunning Tasman region.

About the role:
We currently have a permanent position available for Registered Nurse (full time / part time). You will assist in providing clinical leadership and support the Clinical Manager in all areas of service delivery within our facility. The ideal applicants will be passionate about leading our Caregivers to help provide exceptional patient care.

You will have excellent organisational skills, be flexible and open-minded, and work successfully as a part of a committed team. You will also demonstrate and have the following skills and experiences:
1 Demonstrated nursing experience
2 Committed to continuous quality improvement and personal development
3 Current NZ Nursing Council APC

We currently have vacancies within our facility for Caregivers (Level 3 and 4) based in Motueka.

What we provide:
